My Approach

As an independent, tech-savvy fiduciary advisor with four decades of experience, I provide high-touch, goals-based guidance to both individual and institutional clients. Much of my career has been spent in and around Silicon Valley as an investment analyst, portfolio manager and wealth advisor, giving me a real affinity for working with business owners, tech executives and engineers. My team and I operate as your personal CFO, coordinating investments, financial planning, estate and trust, tax, asset protection, liquidity and charitable giving, so your time stays where it's most valuable: building and living. We are well-versed in the complexities of Silicon Valley compensation structures, translating RSUs, ISOs/NSOs, ESPP and concentrated stock holdings into strategic, tax-efficient diversified plans based on your needs. For our institutional clients, such as foundations and endowments, we provide mission-driven services including guidance on investment policy and governance, portfolio strategy and investment management (including ESG integration), and customized reporting.
